Jonathan Moore has created Moore Plans NZ Ltd,  Instead of having to engage an architect or designer to provide plans, you can save thousands of dollars purchasing one of our standard pre-designs at a fraction of the cost. When you purchase one of our plan document packages, you are buying a set ready for construction and consent, not just a floor plan.

These plan documents could save you the following.

• Design process time & cost (approx $2,000.00+)
• Consent processing fees (approx $1,500.00)
• Consent approval reduced (10 working days)
• Trade summary (Quantities take off approx $1,200.00)
• Product substitutes on site ( approx $500 each amendment at council)

Jonathan has also included a trade summary. The documents show quantities for quicker build cost estimates.

These layouts have been built before from our own designs, so we know they look good and work well. They do not show finished colours, but kitchen joinery and electrical plans are included in the consent plans.
